TAMIYA Wild Willy M38 Orz - 輪胎(二) Tires , Good news for Wild Willy M38 (Chapter 2)

這是從eBay購買的威力一代“複製胎”！傑克我一次就購買兩組～ I was so glad to got the tires of the Wild Willy M38 from eBay ! "Replicate Tire" , I bought two sets at a time~ 購買一組就有四個輪胎及內襯泡綿，我個人覺得非常棒！也拿了一個原始的威力一代輪胎來比對一番～ You will receive a set of 4 tires and 4 inserts for this like in photos,inserts will already be installed inside the tires when you receive them. So I take a original tire for comparison with replicate tires! 下圖左邊是複製胎，右邊是原始威力一代輪胎．材質來說，原始胎比較軟，複製胎上方刮沙紋路比原始胎硬些． In photo below, original tire is on the left and other is replicate trie from eBay. The lines above the replicate tire is harder than the original one. 輪胎上的字體原始胎比複製胎來得比較大一點. The original version of the font is a bit larger than the replicate one. 下圖就尺寸上，複製胎比原始胎來得大一點． The size of the replicate tire is a little larger than the original one. 我拿了威利一代的輪框來組裝試試看！ I take a set of the w heel frame to assembly and try it . 非常好！尺寸吻合！這個複製胎品質不錯喔！有收藏威力一代的車友們若缺輪胎...

輪胎永遠都是收藏絕版車的頭疼問題！這些20～30年歷史的輪胎，常常都是已經龜裂裂開，或是已經被磨損的差不多了． I think tires are always a big headache for vintage RC fans collection of out of released RC car ! These 20 to 30 year old tires are often cracked or split, or have been worn almost done. The tires of the Wild Willy M38 was used as same as the TAMIYA 4X4 Blazing Blazer(58029) which released in 7th Jun 1982, Wild Willy M38 (58035) share in 27th Nov at the same year. 威力一代(Willy M38)的輪胎是沿用田宮(58029) Blazing Blazer 4X4，在1982.6.7發售，同年11.27 Wild Willy M38 (58035)發售，共用此車的輪胎．沒有機會接觸過Willy M38的玩家，多半會誤認為這輪胎與蚱蜢的相同．下面照片左邊是Blazer與Willy M38的輪胎，右邊是蚱蜢的輪胎． The vintage RC fans who do not have a chance to play Wild Willy M38 are likely to believe that the tires is as same as the TAMIYA Grasshopper. TAMIYA official ever had released three different colors version of the Wild Willy M38 ??!! According to the website news, TAMIYA official ever had released three different colors version of the Wild Willy M38 during 1980s. One was from the beginning version of SWB in 1982 to version of LWB in 1986,which were color in standard US military green,the second was the official released color in camouflage version in 1984(not sure). another said that there was a version of color in red, but whether it was released from TAMIYA official ?! I can not be sure yet, since the information form TAMIYA Club website about magazine advertising page at that year, perhaps it is the way of agent's advertising method, rather than the standard color of the TAMIYA official released.
